We have been selling the EasyChair WorkStation on our internet sites since 1997. All Orders are in US Dollars. We accept Visa & MasterCard& Discover & American Express directly, or we can accept PayPal.  Checks ,money orders or PayPal must clear before shipment. We do not accept COD orders.
We Can accept Purchase orders from government and private rehabilitation professionals once qualified.
We only charge sales tax on orders with a destination within Ohio. These charges will be added or adjusted on your order after they are finalized.

You may place an order with us by any of the following: (1)-- place you on-line order to our SECURE shopping cart page, or (2)-- mail your order with payment, or (3)-- Place your order by phone. If you get our voice mail, leave your name & number and the best time to call you back and we will get right back to you.

We will not charge your credit card until we start shipping your order. We usually ship orders within 1 to 10 business days. We will contact you if we have a delay in shipping beyond this. Some items may be drop shipped from warehouse locations.
The shipping Shipping and handling charges shown in the shopping cart are estimates for Continental USA only. Actual Shipping & Handling charges that are substantially higher or lower will be adjusted on your final order. Most items usually ship by FedEx Ground, or US Postal Service. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for ground and must be shipped by air service or Postal service, and shipping charges will be about double the courtesy estimate on the shopping cart order form. See below for information about purchasing the baseweights locally which will save of shipping.

Shipping to International Destinations:
There are no current international distributors but the Starbase Boom arm Workstations.  

We can do direct shipments with qualified resellers and purchasers worldwide.  Once qualified, workstations can be shipped directly to Canada, Europe, Israel and some other destinations. We have found that the most economical shipping has be using the US Postal Service using one of their "Global Priority" or similar services. Shipping to Canada will be about double the courtesy estimate on the shopping cart order form, and other international destinations will be about four times the domestic shipping courtesy estimate on the shopping cart order form.
The shipping charges which we invoice do not cover brokerage fees, or local taxes or duties of the destination country. These will be assessed by the shipping company or postal service either as an additional COD charge on delivery, or sometimes separately billed to you. FedEx and UPS have somewhat lower upfront shipping charges, but charge very high brokerage fees for handling the border paperwork. The Postal Service charges more up front for shipping, but have very modest brokerage fees that are only a fraction of other carriers.  

It is usually necessary that the Base Counterweight plates be purchased locally. These weight plates are common "Olympic style" barbell weight plates (with 2 inch or 55mm diameter centers) and are widely available in sporting goods stores in most countries. Purchasing these weight plates locally can save significant postage, and reduce the shipping weight of the package from nearly 60 pounds to about 30 pounds. Most destination countries also have restrictions on total package size and weight so the weight plate kit would have to be shipped separately and double the already higher shipping costs. We do give a $30 deduction for the three 10 pound weight plates when not included with Starbase Workstation Packages.

We offer a 30 day merchandise refund. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a Returned Material Authorization. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund your merchandise purchase less a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling. Shipments sent without an RMA or COD will be refused.

Privacy Note: We do not sell or intentionally share your information with anyone. All information exchanged with you is only used so we may send you information about or complete transactions for EasyChair Workstation products and services.
